A little more about Hurtle.

Hurtle is a private rental matching service coming to Sydney. We’re building it for renters who want to spend less time in open-inspection queues and more time looking at places that could suit them.

Our plan is simple: renters tell us where they want to live, their budget and when they want to move. A person on our team reviews that information. When an agent shares an upcoming rental, we look for renters whose preferences could fit, before the property reaches public listing sites.

Hurtle puts suitable renters forward for consideration. The agent decides whom to invite to a private inspection and handles applications, references, checks and final approval. Property addresses stay private until a renter has been explicitly invited to inspect. We cannot guarantee an inspection, an application outcome or a rental.

We’re currently in prelaunch, with Sydney as our first city. Joining the prelaunch list is free and lets you request an invite when access opens. It does not create a renter profile or start a membership. We haven’t announced a launch date yet.
