If the agent invites you, we’ll send the property details for a private inspection. Like the place? Apply through the agent as usual.
An invite means you can have a look. You’ll still apply through the agent, who handles references, checks, and approval.

Where is Hurtle launching?
Sydney first. The suburbs we can help with will depend on the rentals agents bring us and who those places suit.
What does joining the prelaunch list mean?
You’re putting your name down for an invite when Hurtle opens to renters. Joining the list is free. You’ll create your renter profile once you have access.
When can I give it a go?
We're getting things ready and haven't confirmed a launch date yet. Leave your details and we'll email you when you can join.
Can I browse available properties?
There isn't a feed of listings to scroll through. Once we're open, we'll use your reviewed profile to look for a fit with upcoming rentals. We'll get in touch if you're invited to inspect.
How do private inspection invites work?
We look at what you need, when you're moving, and whether the rental could suit you. We put a small shortlist together, then the agent chooses who to invite. You'll get the address only once you're invited.
Does Hurtle guarantee I'll find a rental?
We can't promise you a place or an inspection. It depends on which rentals come up and whether they're a fit. If you're invited and want to apply, the agent handles the checks and makes the final decision.
